Bichnakandi or Bisnakandi :

we call it bisnakandi,But actually it's Bichnakandi.

Bichnakandi is made up of two words in the Bengali language,

Bichhana (or Bisna in Sylheti) meaning bed and kandi meaning a dam or cluster.

The abundance of stones piled on top of each other like a bed gives this name.

More About Bisnakandi :

It's This famous tourist destination, which is located on the Bangladesh-India border,

allows you to experience a rare natural beauty. The trip will include a boat ride after a road journey,
the last 5 km of which is incredibly bumpy. However, a project to improve the road's condition is currently underway and is expected to be completed in around 3/4 months. If you're looking for some peace and quiet in Bisanakandi,
try going as far away from the crown as possible by following the upstream.
Walking on the rocks should be done with care. Stop stepping on broad rocks because they can be slippery. The local hotels (in temporary shelters) are decent,
but hygiene is a problem. So bring your own food and drink.

It takes two hours to get there from Sylhet city. Bisnakandi is a waterfall with rushing water,
stones, and a lush hilly backdrop. The road is in poor shape, but it is well worth visiting once you arrive.
This position is on the Bangladesh-India border. As a consequence, please exercise caution while visiting there.
Indians are known to throw bottles and stones, which may kill you.
July and August are the best months to visit Bisnakandi.

It's a lovely spot in a lovely setting. It seems to be fantastic. This is a spot where everyone
can have a picnic with their family or go on a study tour.
